1. What ModCheck is
ModCheck is an AI-powered moderation tool for Twitch streams, operated by Tiny Corp ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website you agree to these terms.
ModCheck is not yet available as a product. The product is currently in development and has not launched. The only thing you can do right now is join our early access waitlist.
2. Waitlist and early access
By joining the waitlist, you are subscribing to receive updates about ModCheck's development and launch. As a waitlist subscriber, you will receive:
- A founder's discount on ModCheck when it launches.
- Email updates about development progress and launch timing.
No payment is required to join the waitlist. We will notify you before any paid features are introduced.
3. Your data
- You must provide a valid email address to join the waitlist. This is the only data we collect at this stage.
- When the product launches, you may need to connect your Twitch account. We'll only request the permissions necessary to provide moderation. These terms will be updated before that happens.
4. How moderation will work
When launched, ModCheck will use AI to analyze chat messages in real time against rules you define. Important things to understand:
- AI is not perfect. ModCheck may miss messages that should be flagged or flag messages that shouldn't be. It's a tool to assist moderators, not replace them.
- You control the rules. You decide what gets flagged and what actions are taken. ModCheck won't make moderation decisions you haven't configured.
- We won't store chat messages long-term. Messages will be processed in real time and discarded. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ModCheck to harass, discriminate against, or target individuals or groups.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI system.
- Use the service in a way that violates Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label ModCheck without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
ModCheck, its branding, and its underlying technology are owned by us. Your moderation rules and configurations belong to you.
7. Limitation of liability
ModCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We're not liable for moderation decisions made (or missed) by the AI.
- We're not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime, bugs, or data loss during early access.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (which during early access is zero).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify waitlist subscribers of significant changes via email. Continued use of ModCheck after changes constitutes acceptance.
