What is ModCheck?
ModCheck (modcheck.app) is an AI-powered moderation tool for Twitch streams. It is built and operated by Tiny Corp ("we", "us", "our").
What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.
- Email address - when you join the early access waitlist. Used only to send you access updates. Stored with Resend.
- Anonymous usage analytics - page views and interactions via PostHog. No personal identifiers are attached.
When the full product launches, we will also process Twitch chat messages in real time to provide moderation. Messages are analyzed on the fly and are not stored long-term. This policy will be updated before that feature goes live.
What we don't collect
- We don't require a login or Twitch account to use the waitlist.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't use tracking cookies. PostHog analytics are cookieless.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate ModCheck:
- Resend - email delivery for waitlist communications.
- PostHog - anonymous product analytics.
- Vercel - website hosting.
- Anthropic - AI processing for chat moderation (when the product launches).
Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data needed for each service to function.
Data retention
- Waitlist emails - kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Analytics data - retained per PostHog's default retention policy (anonymous, aggregated).
Your rights
You can at any time:
- Unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email we send.
- Request deletion of your email by contacting us.
- Ask questions about what data we hold on you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ModCheck evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision.
